Speed, agility, strength and endurance are the fundamentals of any great workout program and the base for Urbana Academy’s Combat Conditioning System (CCS). Designed for students of all abilities to develop and test their physical conditioning, every CCS class combines aerobic and anaerobic conditioning in a fun and engaging environment. Class formats vary, but often include the use of partner work, solo drills, and circuit training. We use a variety of tools including plyo-boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, resistance bands and body weight suspension training systems to develop you to the best of your ability.

Always wanting to see the accomplishments of our students, we base the CCS program on a monthly evaluation that tests each student’s overall fitness. By completing the assessment and tracking results, we are able to celebrate accomplishments as a team and help motivate each other to push harder, go longer and achieve more.
